I became a mental health professional because I am passionate about partnering with individuals on their mental wellness journeys. My aim is to help people navigate their emotions, quiet their persistent worries, and heal from their burdens without providing pushy advice or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Drawing on my experience as a bilingual Latina therapist, I offer culturally sensitive and empathetic support to clients facing cultural challenges. I emphasize the importance of individualized support, recognizing that everyone’s path to mental wellness is unique and requires a personalized approach.
Driven by a commitment to support individuals in their personal growth and resilience, my professional specialty involves assisting both teens and adults through various challenging transitions. This includes managing anxiety, depression, bullying, feelings of being lost, complex health issues, tough life choices. I also provide support for survivors of difficult experiences, including veterans, and families.
I believe that mental wellness is a journey towards becoming one’s best self, achieved through authentic, non-judgmental support. Mental wellness is the experience of finding strength and clarity in your emotions through compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
