Psychology Today
I fell in love with psychology in my first undergraduate psych course and have spent 30 years assisting individuals to improve their mental wellness, particularly those who have experienced and struggle with trauma and substance use.
Mental wellness can be enhanced with learned behavior. It is my aim to help you identify both internal and external resources to assist with change. I also support you as you embrace and integrate that which is beyond your control.
