Since I was a child, I’ve always been motivated to help others and bring about positive change in the world. Early on, I noticed a troubling gap: there was a high demand for mental health services but not enough access.

As a Black woman, I also became aware of the negative stigma surrounding mental health within our community, which often caused people to resist or avoid seeking care when they needed it most. Through my social interactions, I realized the profound impact of simply being present for others; listening without judgment and offering a supportive ear.

I am determined to help normalize mental health services and create a space where people can address their concerns, grow mentally and emotionally, and, most importantly, find joy in the process of creating positive change in their lives.

I aim to provide tools that truly resonate with you.

Our thoughts and emotions shape the way we make decisions, respond to stress, and interact with others. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and comfortable using your voice to address your concerns in a healthy and effective way.
