My Personal Mental Wellness Beliefs
I believe most people experience mental health needs at some point. We all come from different walks of life and in some cultures getting help is frowned upon. My goal is to support and advocate for mental wellbeing. I like to help people learn more about what mental health means to them.

Let's work together to navigate stressors, learn symptoms of mental health conditions, and handle life transitions. We'll create a safe environment for our work together and then focus on your strengths, while identifying meaningful and attainable treatment goals.
