My passion for mental health comes from witnessing how profoundly therapy can transform lives. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about walking alongside you as you uncover your own resilience.

Whether it’s supporting someone through trauma, creating a space where they feel seen and understood, or helping them find clarity amid chaos, being part of that journey is incredibly fulfilling. Everyone deserves to feel empowered, heard, and supported.

I specialize in areas such as complex trauma and emotional regulation, anxiety and stress management, family dynamics and relationship challenges, and mindfulness.

I believe mental wellness is about having the emotional and mental flexibility to adapt to life’s challenges. It’s not just about feeling “good” but about meeting yourself where you are, without judgment, and nurturing yourself through life’s highs and lows.

My priorities with each patient include maintaining confidentiality and fostering a safe, welcoming environment where your feel truly heard and understood. I’m committed to meeting patients where they are, providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s unique experiences and background.

Building a supportive therapeutic relationship is at the core of my work, and it’s my privilege to help clients navigate their own journey toward healing and resilience.
