As a teenager, I struggled with anxiety and I want to make a difference in the lives of others with the same experience. Ever since I can remember, people have turned to me for advice and comfort. In particular, I’ve always felt that adolescents and young adults who are struggling are often invalidated. I want to change that.

  • Create a non-judgmental, validating, and supportive environment to help you feel comfortable sharing all your thoughts — including disturbing or unwanted thoughts.

  • Collaboratively create goals that make life more worth living.

My Personal Mental Wellness Beliefs

I believe that physical and emotional health are closely connected — so striving for mental wellness is a mind, body, and spiritual process. Attending to one’s emotional health is just as important as seeing a medical doctor.

Psychology today

I believe that physical and emotional health are closely connected — so striving for mental wellness is a mind, body, and spiritual process. Attending to one’s emotional health is just as important as seeing a medical doctor. I want to help patients feel better, meet their goals, and have a better quality of life.

As a teen, I struggled with anxiety and I want to make a difference for those with the same experience. Today, I work with patients to create a supportive, validating environment. We work together to develop skills, like boundary-setting, assertiveness, and strategies for coping with emotional dysregulation.

I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I’m licensed to see patients in New York and I’m certified in DBT.
