When I was a teen, I first started therapy as a client. At the time, I was scared and didn’t know what the journey would entail. The experience changed my life. Therapy is what empowered me to better understand myself and gain confidence in who I am, and eventually I was able to come out as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Now as a therapist, I love working with people from all walks of life — guiding them to self-discovery, introspection, and mental wellness.

I Believe
Mental wellness is more important than ever. We live in an increasingly complex world, and it is crucial that we all take time to care for our mental health. That can mean lots of different things - self care, working out, naps, going to therapy, and a lot more. Regardless, your mental wellness is a must.

Psychology in the past
I have worked clinically at both inpatient and outpatient settings, including a crisis/suicide hotline, a group home, a college counseling center, an intoxicated driver resource center, and a private practice. While trained to work with people from all walks of life, I truly enjoy working alongside LGBTQIA+ folks and make it a mission to provide top tier queer-affirmative therapy. I have conducted research, published articles, taken specific courses, and completed clinical experiences to develop the skills necessary for providing all LGBTQIA+ clients the affirmative services they deserve.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and a NBCC National Certified Counselor with 2+ years of experience in the field. I first earned a bachelor’s degree at Tulane University in 2019 and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey in 2022.
I practice with a variety of therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
