I work with youth, young adults, and people of all ages. I am trained to help people with depression, anxiety, and many other mental health conditions including those who have feelings or actions of wanting to end their life. I specialize in working with patients who are struggling with suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

My name is Jessica Richardson (She/her). I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Social Work both from The University of Connecticut. I am based in Connecticut and have been licensed to practice social work here since 2013. I hold licenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, California, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and have a lot of experience in evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy for suicide care. Trauma work and suicide care are what I am most passionate about.
