I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I also specialize in trauma, personality, and mood disorders and I have experience working with Veterans. I’m licensed to see patients in Nevada, Utah, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey.

My specialty areas include trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, anxiety disorders, marital/ couples therapy and mental health concerns affecting teens. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused-CBT, prolonged exposure therapy, solution focused and mindfulness.

To have someone trust you enough to help them cope with the most intimate and difficult time in their life is truly a privilege. I love the work I do, and I learned early in life that mental health and addiction impact us all.
