I work with youth, young adults, and people of all ages. I am trained to help people with depression, anxiety, and many other mental health conditions including those who have feelings or actions of wanting to end their life. I specialize in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy with teens and young adults. I enjoy working with couples and families as well.
