I have always had a passion for helping others, and becoming a counselor felt like the best way to provide that support and strive for meaningful, positive change in people’s lives.
I believe that mental wellness is something you can achieve, but it often requires a holistic approach. It’s about looking at all aspects of your life, including your relationships, environment, habits, and inner thoughts, to identify what needs to shift so you can truly feel balanced and whole.
