I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I’m licensed to see patients in Ohio, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Emma Rengert is a mental health professional who has obtained her Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She has 4 years of experience partnering with adults, adolescents, children, and families in a variety of settings. Emma has worked with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health disorders as well as individuals who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, and building on their basic life and coping skills.
Emma completed her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts—Boston. Emma’s clinical counseling approach includes dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and evidenced-based practice therapy.
Emma’s goal as a counselor is to provide a safe space for clients to process difficult emotions, identify strengths, and develop resilience. She believes that building rapport and trust is essential to building any therapeutic alliance. She hopes to have the opportunity to work with you on your journey.
