I chose to become a mental health professional to better the lives of others through compassion and providing a safe space to express themselves. Life can get crazy and psychological stress is real. I want to support people to live as unburdened by their stressors as they can while working closely with them to resolve past traumas, improve habits and improve overall emotional wellbeing.

Together We Will

  • Create a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and compassionate space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
  • Build a relationship in which you’ll receive positive feedback and insight on your situation and feelings.
  • Normalize that difficulties happen and work together tackle those — focusing on solutions.
  • Provide a motivational environment to meet the goals identified collaboratively for treatment.

My Personal Mental Wellness Beliefs

For me, your mental health is just as important as your physical, spiritual, and sexual health. They are all essential pillars of our life. To be "mentally well" starts with a mind and body connection, where we are able to feel connected with our body and carry self awareness. We may not be able to stop life from throwing its "stuff" at us, but we can combat the intensity through rest, mindfulness, and self-connection.
