My Personal Mental Wellness Beliefs
I believe mental wellness should be valued as highly as physical wellness. I am happy to see the stigma regarding mental health slowly dissipate so that more people can prioritize their mental health.
Psychology Today
My goal is to create an environment that allows you to be comfortable, open, and to experience self-growth. We'll work together to explore your interests, needs, and goals. Then, we'll work to create lasting change. I'm particularly passionate about helping youth and young adults navigate the stressors and issues that present during transitional times in their lives.
