Psychology Today

My top priority is to help patients feel safe and understood — and working alongside them to make the changes they want to see in their lives. My diverse background allows me to connect with a variety of patients, supporting my patients as they strive to achieve a better sense of self.

My approach to therapy is collaborative. Together, we will ensure that I understand your experience before anything else. Then we'll focus on your strengths, while identifying pathways for change and we'll create change by focusing on your goals.

I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I’m bilingual in Spanish and licensed to see patients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
