I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I’m licensed to see patients in Connecticut.

I provide my clients with a person-centered approach treatment to successfully and effectively meet the needs and goals of everyone I work with. My goal is to assist my clients by giving them the necessary tools to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. I assist my clients to identify negative thought patterns and triggers, learn to use healthy coping skills and deal with root issues.

I've worked in various clinical settings some of which include non-profit, New York City agency, residential programs, In-home services and private practice. I have experience providing in-person and virtual therapeutic services. I've spent the majority of my career working with children and adolescents, most recently young adults and adults.
