My goal is to help people become the best versions of themselves and to live fulfilling lives. I don’t focus on a specific specialty; instead, I enjoy working with a wide range of mental health concerns, using a variety of evidence-based therapies to help you meet your unique goals.
I believe there is still too much stigma around mental wellness, as if it’s something we should “fix” on our own. In reality, mental wellness is just as important as physical health; it influences how we think, feel, and act. It impacts how we handle stress, connect with others, and make healthy choices. I see it as the key to becoming the healthiest, most balanced version of ourselves.
