I became a mental health professional because I wanted to help children experiencing challenges in their lives.
I specialize in working with children, youth, and their families, and I understand the many systems they navigate every day including other family members, communities, school systems, or primary care providers. I also have experience in working with individuals diagnosed with challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Working within the Latino community has always been close to my heart and giving back to my community in this way has also been incredibly fulfilling.
Taking a holistic approach to ensure success in treatment, I always strive to provide the support you need to thrive.
I believe mental health is a vital part of overall wellness. Just as we seek medical help for physical ailments, it’s equally important to seek support for our mental and emotional health.
There are so many facets to who we are and how we show up in the world; it’s essential to take care of all aspects of ourselves. I know this journey can be challenging, but having support along the way can make all the difference, no matter how long the path may be.
