I became a mental health professional to assist people in managing their mental health and improving their lives. I believe that mental wellness is overlooked and often goes ignored until crisis level. I’m here to help people focus as much on mental wellness as physical wellness — so they can achieve the best version of themselves.

Together We Will

  • Create a safe space in which you are free to focus on youself without judgement.
  •  Identify and tailor interventions to help you progress toward your goals.
  •  Focus on your strengths and how to leverage them further.
  •  Build coping skills to decrease and manage presenting symptoms.

Works with

I work with youth, young adults, and people of all ages. I am trained to help people with depression, anxiety, and many other mental health conditions including those who have feelings or actions of wanting to end their life. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ community and working with transgender youth.

Therapies I Offer

  • Acceptance and Committment (ACT),
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
  • Dialectical Behavior (DBT),
  • Motivational Interviewing,
  • Person-Centered,
  • Solution-Focused Brief (SFBT),
  • Strength Based, Trauma-Focused

My Priority When Working With Patients

I focus on safety first. Then we examine the patient’s mental health as a whole, including any contributing factors. We’ll build coping skills to decrease and manage symptoms — while exploring ways to mitigate those contributing factors.
