To Me, Mental Wellness Is

Mental wellness contributes to our overall health and overall functioning. Not being aware of our mental wellness can have a negative impact on our overall health, relationships, how we see ourselves, and the world.

As a population, we are constantly bombarded with distorted points of views. We are impacted by painful experiences, causing us to develop negative beliefs that carry over into our later years. We experience loss of loved ones, or things that are significant to us, and we never take the time to process how events, experiences, or situations impact us.
