Psychology Today

Our work together begins by starting where you’re at. Then, we’ll engage based on where you’re at and work together to build a trusting relationship. We’ll explore and work through issues at a pace that is comfortable for you.

We’ll jointly identify the pieces to your personal mental wellness puzzle and put them together. To me, mental wellness is the result of living a balanced, thoughtful and intentional life. It includes attending to our physical health, spirituality, social supports, family and emotions. We’ll work on getting there together.

I'm practicing through Vita Health. Our mental health practice includes online psychiatry, mental health therapy, and care for patients who have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I specialize in working with court-involved juvenile justice clients, and men struggling with life transition. I’m licensed to see patients in Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Virginia, and Texas.
